When your account is deleted, we remove your profile, workout history, nutrition logs, AI chat history, and associated data from our active systems. Backups are removed within 90 days. Transaction records required by law may be retained for compliance.

MyosAI is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us immediately.

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed through Google Play
• Prices are in your local currency
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime via Google Play settings
• No refunds for partial billing periods
• Free trial converts to paid subscription automatically

5. AI-Generated Content

• AI recommendations are algorithmically generated
• AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or unsuitable advice
• Always use common sense and personal judgment
• We do not guarantee specific fitness results
• AI is not a substitute for professional trainers or doctors

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Violate intellectual property rights

7. Intellectual Property
